A convenient casserole
Follow this recipe for a super-easy five-ingredient dinner.
Broccoli and cheese casserole
Ingredients
1 lb. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs beaten
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 cup mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Save some cheese to top the casserole and mix remaining ingredients together. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour, uncovered. Add extra cheese that was set aside to the top and broil for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
