Vertical Screen is a family of leading applicant screening companies. We help many of the nation’s largest and most prestigious organizations to gather and verify the information they need to make smarter hiring decisions. In some ways, it’s like solving a puzzle – we put together different pieces of an applicant’s background to give the employer a complete picture.
The Vertical Screen companies are: Business Information Group (BIG), which focuses on financial services firms; Certiphi Screening, which serves the healthcare community; and Truescreen, which works with businesses in a wide variety of industries, as well as colleges and universities. Vertical Screen also has a sister company, Fieldprint, which provides fingerprinting services.
More than 400 Vertical Screen employees support BIG, Certiphi and Truescreen clients around the country and around the world from our offices in Warminster, Pa., and Marlton, N.J.
Vertical Screen CEO Tony D’Orazio founded the company in 1989, working out of a spare room in his apartment. We have grown by leaps and bounds since then, and to support that growth, we are constantly seeking out bright, inquisitive, energetic new members for our team.
